The plows continue to block my driveway from entering my driveway with my vehicle. I have been forced to park elsewhere. I have tried to chip away at the block of snow proximal to the street and sidewalk. Can you help me? It’s the windrow that’s the priority. I can’t use a vehicle given that I can’t enter or exit the driveway so am walking in the cold. Thank you.
