Hello Snow Angels, Firstly, I would like to thank the Snow Angels volunteers for their dedicated help for those who are in need of help with snow removal. I have been able to keep up so far, however, with several more Chemo treatments to go, I am finding it difficult to do this task with the limited energy left after treatment. The only areas that I need to keep clear are my front sidewalk, front stairs and porch and back sidewalk, stairs and porch. The driveway is taken care of. Yay! for small miracles! I have the shovels/salt/sand available at all times and I am very appreciative of any assistance a snow angel can provide. On light snow days, I should be able to broom the snow off and sprinkle the sand/salt. It is just the heavy snow days that are harder to accomplish.

Good morning, I am in need of getting the snowplow drift removed from the end of my drive, it is less than two car widths wide. I am in the Old East Village. Can you help?

City road and sidewalk plows make it impossible to get out. I am a disabled senior who needs to be able to get groceries and attend medical appointments. I cannot get out and no one can enter my driveway with this plow fill situation. I would appreciate help while this heavy snowfall is happening.

Elderly couple are in need of an angel to help with our driveway. Unable to move our vehicle to drive my wife to her dialysis appointments because the driveway is filled with snow. We would be greatly grateful if someone is able to donate their time to help the us . Thank you in advance.

I can’t manage the amount of snow in the driveway, sidewalk, and walkway/porch. My asthma makes it difficult to get more than 5-10 minutes of work done at a time. If anyone is available in my area, I’d be so grateful.

I am a dialysis patient and go for life-saving treatment 3 times per week. My condo corp hired a new company this year and only included shoveling front steps in the contract. I use a power chair to go to and from dialysis and the company refuses to shovel me a path down the driveway or shovel out my lift ( on and under to ensure the lift can go up and down). They won’t even put ice melt on the areas. I’m on ODSP and have no way to pay someone to come do it for me. This is my first winter with my power chair at home and I’m afraid I’m going to get stuck in my home all winter due to this and not be able to make it to my dialysis appointments that I NEED to survive. Please help!!
