I’m a cancer patient and unable to shovel or plow my portion of the driveway and walkway. We are renting the basement apartment and the landlord has been clearing their portion only. My fiancé went out and fell resorting in a dislocated shoulder. I had an emergency and the ambulance was not able to get to me because of the snow buildup.
