Hello, my mother needs help with snow removal. She has lung and back issues. She had a bad fall either last year, or the year before trying to shovel. She lives in Beverly. I’m very worried about her doing it this year. Its just too hard on her. Please and thank you in advance!

At the end of my driver during winter water pools and ices over heavily. My hands and back have arthritis and this job is very painful for me. If I could have someone on occasion chop through the ice I would be greatful. The water pools from both the property and the street run off. Leaving at times 4 to 5 inch thick ice.
